This class is geared to the intermediate painter who wants to deepen their ability to improve and expand their expressive use of color. By exploring practical applications of contemporary color theory and putting that to work both with in-class exercises and painting from the still life, this class will help build your color confidence. Students will learn to see color more accurately, to mix colors more precisely, and, using both vivid and subtle colors, will create artwork that seems to glow.
